Tickets & Cancellations Policy

When do I have to pay?

Once you have placed a booking for tickets either online, by phone, via a booking form or in person, you will be required to pay the cost of the tickets before the performance, unless your booking is cancelled a minimum of seven calendar days before the performance for which the tickets are booked.

Whitkirk Arts Guild reserves the right to refuse entry to a performance if payment for tickets has not been received in full.

Whitkirk Arts Guild reserves the right to cancel any booking after 14 days from the date it was made if payment has not been received in full.

How can I pay?

If you're unsure about how to pay for a booking, or if you have any other problems, call us on 0113 212 0066, or email [email protected].

Booking Online

You can pay using all major credit and debit card or BACS transfer. In all cases we may require that the funds have cleared before the performance.

Booking By Phone

You can pay using all major credit and debit cards or BACS transfer, or cheque in advance of a performance. In all cases we may require that the funds have cleared before the performance.

Booking In Person

You can pay using cash or cheque in advance of a performance. In all cases we may require that the funds have cleared before the performance.

On The Door

You can pay using cash on the door.

Can I request specific seats or seat locations?

You can add a note to your booking if you wish for us to try seat you in a seat with specific features (such as being close to the aisle or toilets).

Seats are usually allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate specific seating requests, this will not always be possible.

If you have any concerns or questions about your seating please call us on 0113 212 0066, or email [email protected].

Do you have wheelchair accessible seating?

We can accommodate wheelchairs at the end of most of our seating rows. If you wish for us to make sure a wheelchair space is available or have a specific access requirement, please let us know when making your booking.

Note that whilst we happily accommodate disabilities, including wheelchairs, we do not offer complimentary tickets for carers.

Children

We do not recommend that children under the age of 16 attend our shows without a responsible adult, and Whitkirk Arts Guild accepts no responsibility for any unaccompanied children under 18 years.

Cancellations

You may cancel any ticket booking up to seven calendar days before the performance for which the ticket is booked, and receive a full refund of any payment made towards the cost of the tickets. If cancelled within the seven days you will not receive a refund. If cancelled within the seven days and no payment has been made you will still be required to pay the cost of the tickets.
